Welcome to HERFit Camps Winter Warrior Program

 

HERFit Camp is our transformative women’s fitness program dedicated to helping women become the strongest, most confident, empowered version of themselves; one workout at a time.

 

At HERFit Camp you are part of a team, we may be working toward separate goals but everyone is here to better themselves and leave stronger and healthier than they came in. Training as a group makes fitness fun, helps hold you accountable and it is a much more affordable option than personal training sessions.

This program is open to fitness beginners and experiences gym goers. This program is go at your own pace and can be customized to your fitness goals!
